Administration (Human Affairs and Life administration) is a divine gift of God characterized exclusively by human beings. It is demanding collective and institutional action which leads to achieve the goals and objectives of the institution in society in addition to simplification of working procedures and optimizing resources to improve the institution and enable it to perform its functions.
The faculty of Law and Political Science at Diyala University as an active institution in the Iraqi society in general and Diyala governorate in particular relying on its high quality management, specialized scientific, academic and functional cadres and its legal and political outcomes aims at continuation its successes in disseminating human knowledge and in the service of society and cooperation with other social institutions, and in promoting a culture of peaceful coexistence and respect for and observance of the law as values contributing to the advancement of societies We ask Allah Almighty to consent to the employees of this esteemed institution to fulfill their role in the fullest service to our beloved University and our dear race and scientific and academic career.
