Registration Division Evening Classes functions as follows:
- Deliver and receive the files of students applying for evening study.
- Keeping the requirements of graduates, continuing students and the new students who have not register and the excluded students.
- Updating students’ curricula and stabilizing changes.
- Enter students’ data into the Oracle Program.
- Issuing documents and endorsements to graduate students for evening study.
- Organizing and coordinating the admission, hosting and reception of students between universities and colleges.
- Issuance of administrative orders relating to students’ affairs for evening study.
- Follow up students’ affairs for evening study during the study period.
- Examining the documents for new first stage students indicate the validity of their issuance.
- Issuing documents with continuing in the study for students of the evening classes
- Responding to official books which are related to the work of the Evening registration Division.
- Checking the list of students’ names according to the status of the application.
- Contact and report by telephone in urgent and necessary cases.
- Organize the Fail Box each by school year with numbering and archiving.
- Index and archive the Division’s records.
- Keeping and organizing records on the Division’s work.
- Setting up records of the Division’s work and achievements.
- Arrangement and preservation of students’ files in annual order in special lists for each school year with phase-by-stag separation.
- Printing official books.
- Archive and preserve the files of the excluded students in our college.
- Responses to the Evening Registration Division’s people inquiries in accordance with instructions and law.
- Follow-up on developments related to the Division’s work by following up with the university’s presidency student affairs section.
