Tasks and Duties of the College journal
1- To issue a biannual issue which includes series of scientific research, as well as presentations of cutting-age published books in jurisdiction of law and political science and presentations of university theses and dissertations.
2-To expand the scope of cooperation between and the Journal staff and those who are specialized in the fields of law and political science in and outside the University of Diyala with a view to achieving a continuous referral of the Journal from sober scientific research that promotes the Journal’s position among similar university journals in the specialization.
3-To ensure cooperation between the Journal and external scientific expertise and to benefit from Arab university professors as researchers and residents, some of which are part of the editorial board and its advisory body, thereby strengthening the realities of scientific research published in its preparation.
4-To communicate with the relevant official institutions of Diyala University and the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research namely the Research and Development section in order to ensure the continuity of the Journal’s interaction with the latest academic developments.
5-To Develop and upgrade the journal’s scientific reality by adhering to internationally approved publishing standards and seeking academic accreditation for the magazine such as Scopus or Reuters.
The Journal of Legal and Political Sciences is a self-financing journal as well as financial and administrative support by the Faculty of Legal and Political Sciences/Diyala University/Iraq
