The Continuing Education Division holds a training course entitled “Legal Protection for Joint Stock Companies Loan Bonds Shareholders”
The lectures summary which were presented by instructor Samah Jafar Musa demonstrates that the sustainability of joint stock companies is based on their capital as one of the largest financial companies. To ensure this, these companies use a number of means to preserve their capital, including the issuance of loan bonds and the legal protection of the owners of such bonds by allowing them to form their own bodies like their shareholders.
