In order to prepare the scientific cadres specialized in human rights and public freedoms, the Faculty of Law and Political Science began taking the lead in opening graduate studies / masters in human rights and public freedoms. The study, which showed the desired objectives of opening specialization according to the instructions of graduate studies No. (26) 1990, and by relying on the scientific cadres in the college. The approval of the Ministry of Higher Education was obtained by virtue of the letter of the Ministry of Education No. 5/4748 on 11/6/2015 and under the university order No. 9534 on 23/6/2015. The College received the first batch of students in 2015-2016
